Sarah Lael continues her gentle yoga instruction outdoors at Friendly Crossways. Her practice blends gentle movement and meditation to enhance intuition and support nervous system balance. All levels are welcome at this series of four classes.

THURSDAYS in JUNE. Pre-registration is required, $75 for all four classes. Drop-ins welcome, with advance registration required. $20/date.
