MUSICIAN REGISTRATION FORM: Deadline for registrations is May 19, 2024.

Musicians are offered local accommodations in Harvard homes with community hosts who will provide breakfast. All other meals will be provided by the festival.
All festival-arranged accommodations are for June 16-23 only.
Registration fee for accepted ensembles is $200 per musician.
All musicians must arrive on Sunday, June 16, by 4pm; performance date is Saturday, June 22, at 7pm; group breakfast/departure is on Sunday, June 23 at 9am.

Housing Assignments
We do our very best to keep ensembles housed together, whenever possible. Please explain/describe if there are any pairings/couples in your ensemble who would share a room and/or a bed. This will help us with room configurations. Thank you.

We will do our best to accommodate individuals, as necessary, when making decisions about housing and meal planning. Please also indicate any allergies or concerns about animals/pets, if applicable.
Transportation:*
Please specify (Yes or No) whether you will have access to a car during the festival. Also indicate if you plan to arrive via public transportation (MBTA Commuter Rail Fitchburg Line — OUTBOUND from Boston — arriving at Littleton/495 or Ayer), as we can arrange for pickup at the arrival point on June 16. Having at least one car available per group is highly encouraged.
