Sarah Lael continues her gentle yoga instruction outdoors at Carlson’s Orchard. Her practice blends gentle movement and meditation to enhance intuition and support nervous system balance. All levels are welcome at this series of five classes.

TUESDAYS in JUNE. Pre-registration is required, $75 for all five classes. Drop-ins welcome, with advance registration required. $20/date.
