In this Minecraft®-inspired program\, students bring the game off the screen and into the real world using LEGO® bricks. Students will design their own imaginative worlds filled with mobs\, animals\, buildings\, and even their own LEGO® Minecraft® character as they go on creative building adventures. \nWhat Students Will Learn\n Building Stable Structures\n Presentation Skills\n Critical Thinking & Problem Solving\n Communication & Collaboration \nStudents will take on design and navigation challenges that encourage teamwork\, creativity\, and confidence. Sharing their builds helps students grow more comfortable presenting their ideas in front of peers in a fun\, low-pressure environment. \n AFTERNOON SESSION\nAnimation Studio\nAges 6–12\nWho doesn’t love an action-packed animated movie that brings favorite toys to life? In Snapology’s Animation Studio\, students become filmmakers! Working in teams\, students will learn the fundamentals of stop-motion animation and create their own animated movie starring LEGO® mini-figures. Full-day students may even use their morning Minecraft-inspired builds as movie sets or characters.\nStudents will experience the full movie-making process—from story planning and set design to filming and editing.
