SUMMARY:Birds! Exhibit Event: Guided Bird Walk with the Boxborough Birders at Fruitlands
DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, May 16\n7:00 AM – 10:00 AM\nFruitlands Museum\, Harvard \nJoin the Boxborough Birders Group and Brookline Bird Club for a guided bird walk on the Fruitlands grounds. We will look for resident species including Indigo Bunting\, Savannah Sparrow\, Hermit Thrush\, Scarlet Tanager\, Veery\, Blue-headed Vireo\, Wild Turkey\, American Kestrel\, and a variety of warblers. \nExpect to walk about two miles on trails through meadows and woods\, with some steep sections. Prepare for ticks. We will bird at the meeting location for about 30 minutes so any latecomers can catch up. \nMeeting place: Top parking lot at Fruitlands Museum\, 102 Prospect Hill Road\, Harvard. \nLeaders: Sandy Oxley\, Al Sgroi \nHow to join: Please contact Sandy Oxley (cassandra.oxley@gmail.com) to receive up-to-date communication for this event. This moving and lyrical play deals with the courtship of the young Sally Talley and her suitor\, Matt Friedman. Matt\, an accountant from St. Louis\, has arrived to plead his love to Sally\, the cautious\, still-unmarried daughter of the Talley family. Through his charm and persistence\, Matt gradually overcomes her resistance\, revealing his innermost secrets and gradually awakening Sally to the possibilities of a life together. \nTalley’s Folly is presented by arrangement with Dramatists Play Service\, a division of Broadway Licensing.
